The MadTheme contains several styles of tabs. Depending on the chosen CSS-file the styles can be one of the following:

• Basic (Square tabs with CSS-borders)
• Rounded (Rounded tabs with background images)
• Solid (Garland-style tabs)

The section in the theme's .info file allows you to comment out the styles you don't need. Its use is pretty self-explanatory.

Usage of background image

When Rounded has been chosen as the default style, a background sprite will be used to add rounded corners. The source of this image is included with the madtheme, in order to be able to alter the style of the tab. Each tab state (normal, hover and active) has its own group of layers for the background color and border color. This can be expanded to your liking. See below for a screenshot of the source image.
